Class Agents serve as the primary force behind the ongoing identity of their class. As a class agent, you are responsible for encouraging members of your class to stay connected with one another and with Denison. You play an essential role in elevating Denison’s visibility by actively participating in the class agent program and by promoting alumni engagement opportunities to your classmates. As a result, your class will build unity, a stronger connection to the college, and fundraising momentum for the coming years including reunions.
The Class Agent Program consists of the twelve most recently graduated classes and post-20th reunion classes.
Class Agents reach out to at least ten members of their class each fiscal year to ask them to participate in giving to the Annual Fund. They may use email, phone calls, handwritten notes, and in-personal conversations to contact classmates. Class Agents keep in frequent communication with the Annual Fund office to track the fundraising progress of their classes. Class Agents do support the Annual Fund with their own personal contributions as well.
The Class Agent program runs annually from August to June and volunteers are encouraged serve multiple years.
