Jamey Maniscalco ’08 is an associate professor of neuroscience at Regis University and the founder of Manifest Wellness Consulting. With a passion for translating neuroscience into actionable strategies, Jamey specializes in using the neurobiology of wellness habits and science-backed approaches to behavioral change to inspire engagement in healthier lifestyles.
