Susan Callahan ’87 P ’19 has been in the wellness space for 20 years. She is the author of Mothers Need Time Outs, Too, which empowered mothers to prioritize self-care so that they could take care of others. Susan co-founded Well & Ready, LLC, which supported individuals in the workplace with proactive lifestyle strategies for stress management and performance.
Collins Baker
Collins Baker received a certificate in Wellness Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She is trained to help clients adopt new emotional, physical, behavioral, and lifestyle habits to enhance overall health and well-being. She has a specialty in brain health from Amen University. Additionally, Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.
