This one-hour virtual program will spotlight the journey of a Denison alumna challenging norms and making an impact in the financial sector.

Featuring Ilaria Rawlins '92, founder, president, and CEO of Fortuna Bank, the session will explore her journey, lessons learned, and actionable advice for navigating a traditionally male-dominated field. Participants will leave empowered to break their own barriers and lead with purpose.

Share, Lift, Lead is a dynamic one-hour virtual program that fosters connection and inspiration by sharing stories, lifting voices, and leading change. Each session features a Denison alumna who will share a personal or professional story, accomplishment, or lesson learned, setting the stage for meaningful small-group conversations.

While this program focuses on themes rooted in the shared experiences of women, it is open to all alumni who are interested in the topic and wish to engage in meaningful dialogue, foster connections, and gain fresh perspectives.
