Andrew DeWittAndrew DeWitt is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Dewey’s Pizza, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Andrew founded Dewey’s in Cincinnati in 1998 and has grown the restaurant to over 25 locations in Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, Columbus, St. Louis, and Kansas City, Kansas.

Andrew graduated from Denison with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish in 1993. While on The Hill, he played varsity men’s golf and club ice hockey. He was also a brother of Phi Delta Theta fraternity.

Andrew and his wife, Amy ’93, are active in their community. Andrew has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, the Ohio Regional Board for Teach for America, the Cincinnati Art Museum, and the King Records Legacy Foundation.  Amy currently serves as Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Seven Hills School.  

Andrew and Amy have been spirited and engaged members of the Denison alumni community. Together, they exemplify what it is to stay connected with and committed to Denison after graduation. They have both served on the Reunion Gift Committee and were Class Reunion volunteers in 2018. They both serve on the university’s Board of Advisors and Family Leadership Council, and Andrew has volunteered with Denison’s organizational studies program.

Andrew and Amy established The Amy ’93 and Andrew ’93 DeWitt Family Endowed Fund for Denison, supporting the highest priorities for the college. 

Andrew and Amy live in Cincinnati, where they have four children, Rosemary ’22, Egan, Graham ’27, and Timothy.
