Helen Olney is an assistant professor of mathematics at Hiram College. For 12 years, from 1931 to 1943, she was dean of women at Denison. Just 30 years after her bachelor’s degree, she completed the requirements for her third degree, that of Master of Science, at the University of Oregon. She is a member of many honor societies and is widely known for her long term of service and leadership in education.
