CEO
Football and Lacrosse Unrivaled Sports
Polson, Mont.
As CEO of football and lacrosse at Unrivaled Sports, Jim Reynolds is focused on delivering transformative experiences for young athletes and championing a mission to create lasting memories through sport. He has built a distinguished career at the intersection of global business leadership and youth-centered purpose.
Jim’s path to leadership has been marked by driving consumer brands and cross-cultural impact. Over the course of 18 years at Nike, he held several senior executive roles, including VP of worldwide sales; VP, GM of Nike Japan; and VP, GM of Nike Russia, overseeing multi-billion-dollar global businesses and leading teams across continents. His business acumen was honed not only through high-level positions at Nike but also in early roles with firms such as leading advertising agencies Leo Burnett and The Richards Group, as well as serving as VP-general manager of Queen Anne Candy.
A double major in English and economics at Denison, Jim later earned his MBA in corporate finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He was head resident of Curtis East, a senior interviewer, and a member of Kappa Sigma during his time as a Denison student.
Despite his demanding global roles, he remains deeply connected to the values instilled at Denison — giving back through service on Denison’s Board of Advisors, donating regularly to Denison’s Annual Fund, and actively supporting community health as a board member of the Providence Portland Medical Foundation.
Now at the helm of a fast-growing youth sports company, Jim exemplifies the power of combining business leadership with a personal mission. He continues to inspire through his commitment to empowering the next generation, both on and off the field.
