A scientist-business executive, Robert E. Wilkin can ably relate the discoveries of science to the whole of mankind.
Trained as a chemist, Mr. Wilkin taught that subject at the University of Iowa and at Kansas State Agricultural College. As a research chemist with Standard Oil of Indiana for 14 years, he specialized in lubrication problems and later in technical problems in their engine laboratories. In 1936m he joined Hooker Electrochemical Company of Niagara Falls, N.Y., as sales manager of fine chemicals and rose to his present positions of director, vice president, and director of sales for that company.
