Arthur Eldridge works with The Osborne Company in Clifton, N.J., which specializes in “friendly advertising.” He is an example of those Denisonians who preach “the Denison gospel” continuously, both far and wide. He built Denison’s first tennis court and organized its first glee club. Throughout a long life, his main hobby has been the promotion of activities which stimulate the physical, moral, and spiritual health of the community. He is one of the oldest living Denisonians and is said to be the best eighty-year-old golfer in Ohio. He lives in Franklin, Ohio.
