Jack Norwood Meeks has shown outstanding work in the field of actuaries and employee benefit plans and has served as a guide in the aid of young people.
As president of the J.N. Meeks and Company, he has designed, installed and administered all types of employee benefit plans for clients in the United States, Canada, and several European countries. Even though the majority of his firm’s work is outside of the insurance field, Mr. Meeks for several years has been one of the leading life insurance men in the United States.
Serving his community, he served as the first president of the Columbus Big Brothers Association, as an active member of Mu chapter of Sigma Chi for the last 30 years, as chapter adviser of the Ohio State Sigma Chi chapter for many years, and as a leading layman in the Congregational Church.
