Lawrence Baldwin is the general executive of the Young Men’s Christian Association, based in Buffalo, N.Y. He is a member of the YMCA’s National Council and International Board and is chairman of the International Service Committee of the Buffalo Rotary Club. As general secretary of the YMCA in Santiago, Chile, he was a delegate to the first Pan-American Social Service Conference, and received the War Service Certificate awarded by the Office of the Coordinator of Inter-American Affairs.
