For 32 years, architect Justin Hartzog has served as a pioneer in the practice of city and regional planning.

Among his distinguished architectural attainments are his town plan for the village of Greenhills, Ohio, one of the U.S. government’s “Greenbelt Towns”; his master plan for the city of Dubuque, Iowa; his work as state planning consultant for the states of New Hampshire and Rhode Island and as chief consultant for the National Housing Agency in special planning studies for New Orleans, Hampton Roads, and Los Angeles; and his teaching as assistant professor in city planning at M.I.T. Mr. Hartzog is recognized by the national organizations of his profession for his work and for his public service on planning boards of Massachusetts.
