Millard Collins is an adviser and counselor to the Young Men’s Christian Association of Germany, a position to which he was appointed by the International Committee of the YMCA. He was formerly in Baptist Home Mission work as executive of the South Chicago Neighborhood House. He has the great responsibility of giving to the German YMCA a new vision of the broad field of responsibility for youth which it has been increasingly implementing since the organization was freed from the domination of totalitarianism.
