Theodore Johnson is a professor of sanitary and hydraulic engineering at the North Carolina State College of Agriculture and Engineering. He has held several important state positions and was formerly president of the North Carolina Society of Engineers. He is a member of many honorary and engineering societies. Active in numerous religious activities, he is president of the Raleigh Baptist Council, a deacon of his church, and a former president of the Raleigh Young Men’s Christian Association. He teaches a church school class for college students.
