Yu Tsune-chi ’21 is the Chinese Ambassador to Italy and has a spectacular number of degrees. Space permits bare mention of a few of his multitudinous achievements and honors, viz.: Victory Medal of the Republic of China; president, Chin Tsai Honorary Society in U.S.A.; senior member of Treaty Commission, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; consul general at New York; expert of Chinese delegation to Dumbarton Oaks Conference; ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of China since 1946; delegate to the Paris Peace Conference, 1946; alternate delegate to United Nations Assembly, 1949; and the author of several books.
