Denison’s Knowlton Center for Career Exploration invites you to a Denison Connecting gathering in Chicago hosted by Denison graduates Howie Schwab ’00 and Erika Maschmeyer ’01. Light appetizers and beverages will be provided.

About the Hosts

Howie Schwab ’00

Howie Schwab is an accomplished financial executive and senior portfolio manager at Driehaus Capital Management, a privately-held investment management firm in the global, emerging, U.S. growth equity and alternative investment markets. Howie has appeared in multiple financial publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Morningstar.com, and Smart Money. Howie earned his B.A. in economics from Denison in 2000.

Erika Maschmeyer ’01

Erika Maschmeyer is currently the senior portfolio manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, a global asset management group that provides a variety of investment strategies and solutions for clients all over the world, and she has earlier experience with Oak Ridge Investments and Robert W. Baird & Co. Erika earned her B.A. in economics and psychology from Denison, and she holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
