Denison Dash Virtual 5K

Denison University is excited to host the third annual Denison Dash Virtual 5K!
All are welcome to participate in this fun event designed for all ages and abilities. You can walk, run, roll, skate, cycle, or whatever kind of motion feels true to you. We even had some canoeists! Can you top that creativity?
Join your fellow Denisonians in a bit of movement today and support a great cause at the same time.
With 201 participants, last year was a huge success. This year, we are hoping for 350 Denisonians to join the fun. Register now, and let’s move!
All Denisonians, from near and far, are welcome and encouraged to participate.
- What? This event is a virtual 5K which translates to roughly 3.1 miles. You complete your race on your own at any time, any place, any pace, and in any way you prefer. Once you have finished, post your race time to the online community. All registrants receive a race shirt and access to the online community for this event.
- When? Register and complete your race any time before June 15, 2023.
- Where? You choose your course, and you time yourself.
- Why? To get moving, connect with Denisonians from around the globe, and support current and future students at Denison.
Registration for this event includes an exclusive Denison Dash T-shirt and a gift to support students and programs at Denison University. Specifically, proceeds from this event will go to the Annual Fund, enabling everything from financial aid and scholarships for students to faculty development. * A portion of your donation will cover the cost of your shirt, which is $11.98 — the remaining amount of your registration fee will be a donation to the Annual Fund.
All registrants are encouraged to join the online community dedicated to this event. In this community, we will share tips and tricks to help you prepare for your 5K.
