We anticipate that this rescheduled reunion celebration will be held in spring 2021, but have not yet announced official dates. Has Reunion 2020 been rescheduled?
Yes. Classes that were scheduled to celebrate at Reunion 2020 this spring will most likely celebrate alongside their fellow alumni during Reunion 2021, being held on campus June 2-6. When a date is finalized we will post that information on our main reunion page and notify members of those classes.
What happens if I have already registered for Reunion 2020?
Your registration for Reunion 2020 has been automatically converted into registration for your rescheduled reunion. Dates for this rescheduled celebration will be announced soon.
What if I would prefer a refund?
No problem! If you would prefer to receive a full refund instead of having your registration transferred to your class’s rescheduled celebration, we will refund the full cost of your registration minus any gifts included with your registration. If you paid by credit card, you’ll see a credit issued from Denison University within the next 30 days.
Can I donate my registration fees instead?
Of course! If you would like to redirect your registration fees to the Denison Annual Fund, which supports the most urgent priorities of the college, please email alumni@denison.edu. You may also indicate a different designation at Denison, if you would like.
Is the College still open?
Yes. In fact, Denison welcomed the Class of 2020 to our alumni family in May. Most non-essential staff are working remotely right now, but all Institutional Advancement staff have access to emails and to their voicemails. How will this impact Alumni Citation Award recipients?
Alumni Citation Award recipients will still receive their alumni award. We will celebrate their achievements and recognize their commitment to the College at future gatherings and events, including during a rescheduled reunion.
I know my class was raising funds for the class reunion gift. What will happen with this effort?
We will continue to support all reunion 2020 classes’ fundraising efforts all the way through our rescheduled reunion. Stay tuned for further updates!
It’s been 30 days and I didn’t get a refund. What should I do?
Contact the Office of Alumni and Family Engagement by calling 740-587-5659 or emailing alumni@denison.edu. Please know that our office hours may vary as staff are currently working remotely. However, we are monitoring phones Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (EDT). If you get our voicemail, please leave your name and your phone number and the reason for your call.
